Hiroshima

I've been too lazy to write about my trip to Hiroshima last month so I'll just post some photos with the intent to write more later... yeah.

There were loads of manky deer everywhere.

Last night I battled chronic illness to venture into Ueno Park and drink underneath the evasive cherry blossoms with fabulous company. We probably should have given it a little forethought and considered the fact that the lights go out at 8:30pm and that the forecast was for rain but we had a lovely party and saw the blossoms for a good half hour before being rained on. Despite the setbacks we managed to get drunk, make friends with a homeless man and watch Big Steve (my boss) get wasted (as depicted below).
